Fabiola, oil on canvas

Oil on canvas dating from the middle of the twentieth century, mounted on a gilded wooden frame, it is a reproduction of saint fabiola by jean-jacques henner by nicolas kruger, son of the painter francois-xavier krugler, nicolas krugler (1907-1988). Lived in brunstatt in alsace where he spent almost all his life there. He was inspired by the elements of nature that were available to him, so he painted many still lifes, alsatian villages and flowers. This discreet painter made very few exhibitions and it is only recently that we discover the genius of his works. This artist is remarkable and his coast climbs quickly notice to art lovers. Very good general condition, except for a small discreet lack at the level of the frame. (photo).
