"Bobbin" style stool, turned wood and straw

This old stool exudes an authentic charm and a brutalist look that we love. This vintage seat is a true testament to artisanal craftsmanship. Its turned wooden legs in bobbin style give it a sculptural appearance and a delightful charm. It is perched on a solid wood structure with a beautifully crafted base and turned stretchers, ensuring great stability. This old stool is made of raw solid wood with a warm natural patina. The round seat is adorned with a beautifully preserved traditional checkerboard rush seating. Ideal as a small occasional seat, but also lovely repurposed as a plant stand or a small decorative side table for placing a lamp or books.
