Bronze and brass water lily lamp signed

2-light water lily lamp in bronze and gilded brass in the same style and quality as Maison Charles. Signed Fozm or Form on one of the leaves (see photo). Circa 1970. Cream-colored fabric lampshade set with gilded brass and plastic interior. The whole has been cleaned (a few small, almost invisible stains remain on part of one side of it). Sold without the bulbs. Very good condition.
