Ancient painting, landscape Field signed Blain early 20th century

Very beautiful painting, country landscape representing a road with, at the end a small hamlet grouping a small group of houses with trees around. The sky in blue tones sky presents clouds slightly pink as if, the painter wanted to mean that we are in the presence of the sunset. Very nice achievement and great depth in perspective. The painting is signed rené blain, rené-antoine blain born in 1873, is a student of the school of fine arts of lyon in 1890 and began exhibiting landscapes from 1892. The board is in very good condition, if not 3 tiny holes the size of a pinhead (see photos). Very decorative it will give charm to your interior. It has a key frame. Size: h 46 cm l 55 cm.
