Antique Louis XV Rococo style mirror

Louis XV carved and gilded wood mirror Wall mirror in finely carved and gilded wood with animated contours, typical of the Rocaille style. The gilding is original and presents a patina as well as some wear and chips consistent with the age of the piece. The single-pane mirror, from the period, has a slightly pitted tin which contributes to the authentic charm of the whole.
