Art deco style encrypted cadet cutlery in sterling silver

Hemmed end of spatula. Encrypted on the back “pfj” in stylized art deco letters. Scratches from use. A tooth slightly tucked inward. Minerva first title hallmark. Goldsmith's mark: “h&cie”, a rosebud and a star. Master goldsmith: hénin et cie inscribed in 1875 and crossed out in 1891 then reuse of the hallmark between 1896 and 1901 at 77 rue des archives in paris.
