Large Watercolour Table XIX Century Tanneries District (Rouen?)

Beautiful and large watercolour (end of the 19th century) depicting a city view, clearly a tanning district (possibly in Rouen or the north, perhaps a town in Alsace...?). Very beautiful craftsmanship and depth for this work in excellent condition (some minimal foxing in the sky, top left but nothing serious - everything is visible in the photos. (Possibility of framing for an additional cost, please contact me) Dimensions of the view: 36 / 45 cm.
