Gondola armchair, Return from Egypt style

Large armchair, gondola back, armrests with Return from Egypt uprights (carved with caryatids). Molded armchair carved with repetitive motifs on the back and belt, rosettes; tapered front legs decorated with lotus leaves, saber rear legs. Rosewood and black stained wood. White fabric upholstery (aging but not holed, not torn). Good seat. We appreciate the recessed armrests, practical for use as an office chair. Work from the end of the 20th century Dimensions, seat height 43 cm.
