A beautiful 'GE 460' lounge chair designed by Hans J. Wegner, manufactured by Getama in Denmark in the 1970s. This iconic chair features a sculptural beech wood frame paired with a blue upholstered seat and back. The elegant design combines rounded and straight shapes, and the backwards tilted seat contributes to its comfortable seating experience. This chair is a lovely example of mid-century modern furniture and an eye-catching piece by one of the greatest names in Scandinavian design. The piece remains in good, vintage condition with some wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. It has some marks and a hole to the upholstery, as shown in the photos.
