Original 1960's France. The set includes 2 plates, 2 bowls and 2 plates. This dinner service would have given as a wedding gift in the 1960s. Extremely expensive at the time, especially among the great ceramists, it would have been offered to a couple wealthy and kept in the closet or exposed for the greater part of his life, only for very special occasions. It often helps to explain the impeccable State of sets like this. Made by André Bodin in the area of the Terminal in France. An area famous for its ceramics of sandstone, it is positioned at a time in a forest and on a sandstone vein, leading to the high production of wood-fired stoneware clay dating back to the 12th century. And now home to more than 80 ceraisists working in the region. Bowls: 18cm x 4cm. Side plate: 18cm x 2cm. Dinner plate: 22cm x 2.5 cm.
