Rare vintage bench designed by Harry Bertoia for Knoll International. An iconic piece of mid-century design, featuring a chrome steel structure and solid wood slats. This bench dates from the mid-20th century (probably the 1960s) and is in very good vintage condition, with an elegant natural patina consistent with its age. The wood shows slight signs of wear, and the metal structure is solid and stable. A timeless design object, perfect for an entrance, living room, or interior architecture project. Did you know this was the first item designed by Harry Bertoia for Knoll in 1952? The structure of the legs already reveals the characteristic style of welded frames that can also be found in Bertoia's typical chairs. Condition: Very good vintage condition, with slight signs of use consistent with age, see photos. Dimensions: Length: 183 cm Depth: 47 cm Height: 38 cm.
