Large pitcher in enamelled ceramic by the Frenchman Yvon Roy, a ceramist in Vallauris and creator of the art workshops in 1943 in Durtal in Anjou. In 1957, he suddenly disappeared and Robert de Mongolfier took over the company in order to perpetuate his talent by producing exceptional objects. It bears the label "living heritage company". Decorated with a bird and foxglove flowers hand-painted. Pitcher that can be used as a vase. Unique model made in the 1950s. Signed with a green tip under the base "ry" (roy yvon) as well as the stamp of the earthenware factory in hollow. Perfect condition, some hair inside the vase (see the last photo). Dimensions: height 27 cm, diameter with the handle 17 cm. Weight without packaging: 974 g. Recycled packaging.
