Mid-Century Modern Danish Teak Desk by Teak Desk by Arne Wahl Iversen Model 56

Fabulous and super stylish mid-century danish teak desk. It was designed by arne wahl iversen (model 56) for vinde møbelfabrik in the 1960’s. Beautifully made top quality piece. Great size with good amount of storage. Features two drawers with original key below the writing surface; one raised bank with little drawer, open compartment and two dividers for letters. Rests on stunning minimalistic frame with original struts. The back of the desk is also nicely finished so it can be placed facing outwards. Amazing example of mid-century danish craftsmanship at its best. In beautiful vintage condition with some minor signs of use. Has been lovingly restored with the upmost care and attention, respecting the integrity of the piece, using traditional old schools methods to bring out the very best it can possibly be for many more years to come.
