Yellow-orange glass Teepee lamp, 1980s-1990s.

Beautiful table lamp in yellow-orange tinted glass, model "Teepee", produced in France by the Société Centrale d’Éclairage (SCE) at its factory in Lézat-sur-Lèze, Ariège. Founded in 1953, SCE specialised in the manufacture of contemporary lighting and became known for a production that combines industrial know-how with artisanal techniques. Its factory in Ariège notably produced many models that have become emblematic of French lighting design from the late 20th century. With its very streamlined conical silhouette and translucent orange glass, this lamp offers a particularly graphic presence. A piece with an aesthetic that is both minimalist, warm, and vintage, it fits well in both contemporary interiors and more eclectic or 70s-80s decor. Very good overall condition. The glass shows no chips or cracks. However, it should be noted: two tiny nicks on the lower edge, not visible when the lamp is placed. Original electrical system, in good working order.
