Baptism or birth box

Pretty little box said to be for baptism or birth from the 1970s. Composed of an egg cup and a small stainless steel spoon by Guy Degrenne. The fabric has some marks, see photos, but remains in good overall condition. Box dimensions: height 8 cm x length 14 cm x width 12 cm; egg cup dimensions: height 5 cm x diameter 4.5 cm; small spoon dimensions: length 11 cm x width 2.5 cm; total weight approximately 275 g.
