A magnificent set of French artisanal ceramics with a graphic and timeless design. I am selling this vintage stoneware service from the famous Poterie de la Colombe, a workshop created by Madeleine Brault in Orriule in the 1960s-1970s. It consists of 4 matching pieces: * 1 pitcher (carafe / jug) with a handle. * 3 cups / mugs without handles. Each piece is unique and distinguished by its superb abstract decor known as "tachiste" (material projection/drops) and its characteristic play of textures: a base in raw stoneware of earthy/brown color perfectly contrasting with a glossy white glazed upper part. Very aesthetic and warm, this service will fit well on a table with a brutalist or bohemian inspiration, or as sculptural objects on a sideboard. 📐 Dimensions: * Pitcher: Height 16 cm|Diameter 11 cm. * Cups: Height 10 cm|Diameter 8 cm. ✨ Details & Condition: * Period: 1960s / 1970s. * Origin: France (Béarn / Orriule) * Material: Handcrafted glazed stoneware. * Style: Brutalist, Rustic chic, Mid-century. * Condition: In perfect vintage condition, no chips or cracks on any of the pieces (see photos). * Signature: The pieces are signed under the base with the usual signature stamp of the pottery (stylized dove).
