Modern vintage wengé dining table by OV Rotterdam, 1970s

This unique vintage wenge octagonal dining table stands on a black metal star base and was manufactured by OV Rotterdam. This rare table features a wenge wood edge and a melamine finish on the top (orange peel). The composite dining table top rests on a heavy metal tripod made of black round and strip steel. The table is marked with a sticker. A beautiful set, along with the four wenge chairs with rush seats (see other listing). Condition: good to very good vintage condition. The top is pristine with very minor signs of wear (minimal scratches). The wenge edge is neat. The black steel frame has signs of wear on the legs. Dimensions: width 132 cm, depth 122 cm, height 72.5 cm, height underside of top 68 cm.
