Large chinese silk carpet purchased in 1985, 305x244, with central stylized and floral pattern. Silk fibers explain that the appearance is very changing depending on the lighting, the steps... Some stained and cleaned areas also make small differences in appearance, difficult to differentiate from shades. On the reverse we can guess streaks that correspond to the parquet blades.
