Very beautiful servant in stained solid oak made at the end of the 1940s by an anonymous cabinetmaker. It fully embodies the post-war modernist aesthetic, favouring a functional and rigorous design of furniture. The vertical structure, simple and slightly inclined, supports two rectangular trays with slightly raised edges, which can change levels with a simple gesture thanks to its rack system, offering practical use while enhancing the overall graphic purity. The solid base and finely crafted central post testify to real artisanal know-how, where every detail is thoughtfully considered. A balance between bold lines, modern volumes, and the warmth of wood gives this servant a timeless presence. This side table has been completely restored and varnished, and is in very good condition.
