Pair of modernist armchairs by Les Créations Inova, France circa 1970.

Very beautiful and very rare pair of modernist armchairs from around 1970. One of the first creations by the French furniture manufacturer Les créations Inova Paris, a company founded in 1967, which is still active and now more specialised in office furniture and shop fittings. Model with a fixed cross base in chrome steel, slightly reclined seat with a very original comma-shaped backrest. The armchairs have been completely refurbished by an upholsterer specifically for their sale (foam and wadding replaced) and covered in a very beautiful lightly mottled natural ecru velvet fabric, bringing a lot of modernity while remaining in the spirit of the era. Height of the backrest 75 cm (thickness 9 cm), height of the seat at the front 37 cm, at the back 34 cm (thickness 12 cm), width 65 cm and depth 70 cm. In perfect condition, however, there are a few signs of wear on the chrome that do not affect aesthetics (see last photos). Of high quality, these armchairs will add a true touch of design to your living room. Not to be missed!!!
