Magnificent and exclusive Moser cobalt blue "Royal Blue" vase, originating from the Czech Republic, made in the second half of the 20th century. Moser glassware is known worldwide as the "crystal of kings," due to its historical relationship as the exclusive supplier to various royal courts and elites (such as Emperor Franz Joseph I and King Edward VII). This cylindrical vase is a testament to the artisanal mastery of Karlovy Vary, distinguished by its iconic Cobalt Blue (Royal Blue) colour, a deep and vibrant hue that only Moser achieves with such purity. The technique used is mouth-blown crystal and hand-engraved with a copper lathe. The piece features an exquisite hand-carved botanical engraving, depicting ears of grain, wild herbs, and birds, with astonishing technical delicacy.
