Vintage Thick and Massive Swedish Orrefors Vase in Grey/Green Sommerso Glass

Having started its activities in the late 1800s, Orrefors is one of the oldest surviving glassmakers in Sweden. This vintage vase, made in "Sommerso" grey/green glass enveloped by a layer of crystal, dates back to the 1960s-1970s and is preserved in astonishing condition. The little red sticker, depicting Orrefors' shield, is well visible at the bottom of the piece. There are no cracks or dents, and just a minimal patina is visible throughout, consistent with age and use. Dimensions: Height 27 cm, Width 9 cm, Depth 14 cm.
