Large flat English earthenware diameter 41 stage village ploughman mill blue decoration overseas on cream white background

A very beautiful flat diameter 41 cm in very good condition no shine no crack the useful diameter of 30 cm. There is no mark at the back but I think it is english earthenware it is very typical such a very precise overseas blue decoration on a creamy white paste. The décor is composed of a rural scene ploughman mill village with a frieze in pairs of birds at the four cardinal points as well as garlands of acantes leaves and flowers.
