Bamileke African Coffee Table

Bamiléké stools and coffee tables were originally part of the royal furniture of the numerous chiefdoms of the bamiléké ethnic groups (western cameroon). These majestic pieces are handcrafted on a single block of tree trunk by our local artisans and finished by our local carpenters. These stools traditionally used as royal seats are now used as decorative pieces, seats or coffee tables. They are so versatile and fabulous that they beautifully add an elegant touch to a space. Maintenance advice: linseed oil or clear water. Attention untreated part for the interior! Any imperfection should be celebrated as a tribute to the work of our talented artisans.
