This lamp, which we prefer to call a light sculpture, is a work by Arsène Galisson. Carved from Chauvigny stone in Poitou, it gives off a small light that is much softer in reality than in the photo, which enhances the reliefs of this beautiful white limestone. It has a very soothing, almost hypnotic side. Arsène Galisson has been producing these unique pieces for over 40 years. We estimate that this one was made in the 90s.
