Coffee service - curved tea collection in 18/10 stainless steel, Alfra Alessi

Coffee/tea service, "Bombé" model, in chrome stainless steel, with bakelite button and handles, designed by Carlo Alessi in the 1950s. It transcends decades with its elegance, timeless modernism, contemporary materials, and is as functional as it is attractive with its generous and balanced shapes between curves and counter-curves. The set includes a teapot/coffee pot, a sugar bowl, and a milk jug. The milk jug and sugar bowl are in perfect condition. The teapot has some signs of use on one side, with orange discolouration on half of the interior (see photo). The steel is bright. Marked ALFRA under each piece, the original name given to the brand by the Alessi brothers (Alessi Fratelli), which later became ALESSI.
