Art Deco whisky carafe in cut and engraved glass

Art Deco liqueur carafe in cut and engraved glass. France, circa 1930. Truncated conical body flaring towards the base, topped with a cylindrical neck with flat ground ribs and a ringed collar. Geometric decoration engraved with fine vertical striations in alternating bundles of hollow-cut dots (partridge eyes) near the base. Original stopper cut in the shape of an umbrella or faceted spinning top. Pure and graphic lines, characteristic of French glassware from the 1930s (in the spirit of Baccarat, Saint-Louis, or Val Saint-Lambert). Very good overall condition. No chips or cracks to report, original stopper fits well. Height: 26 cm. Diameter: 12 cm.
