Pair of shutters H180xL106cm hinges and nails XVIIIth old

Authentic and inimitable pair of large shutters (h180cm X l106cm) in white wood, painted, XVIII °. Classic assembly with vertical boards on the outside, lined on the inside with horizontal boards fixed with wrought iron nails. The carpentry is in very good condition, note minimal shocks or missing photographs. These shutters formerly painted blue-gray have moisture spots on the surface, but the wood is in superb condition, as evidenced by their weight: 47kg. This heavy and solid pair of shutters is equipped with its beautiful old hinges with hinges on the front, and two plates and a hook on the right shutter inside, which served as a closing system, the cremones having not yet been invented... The installation was made in applique, the dimensions of the external "view" are: 180cm high, about 106cm wide, and inside: 174cm high and 101cm wide. The total thickness is 5cm. This pair of shutters can of course be reused for its original function, or as a decorative material, authentic, and full of charm.
