Large floral tilting beach umbrella with cotton fringes, 1960

Large cotton beach or table umbrella lined with fringes from the 60s/70s of good quality and in good condition. The interior is multi-colored flowers and the exterior is poppy red, it is an explosion of joy, symbol of the carefree summer. The central bar is in white metal, it is adjustable in height and is also tiltable. The diameter of the umbrella is 1.65 meters (65"), which is very large and can accommodate several people around a table or on a beach. The maximum height is 2 meters (78.7"). The bar separates into 2 parts of 1.33 meters (52.3") and 1.07 meters (42"). When folded the parasol measures 30cm (11.8") in diameter and 1.33 meters high. Its weight is 3.4kg. The fabric and fringes are clean, there are no stains, tears, snags, it is like new and very solid.
