Painting landscape tree and river, golden frame, signature to identify

Painting of a spring landscape representing a stream lined with trees and then two stone houses. The harmony is rather pretty, surrounded by a beautiful golden frame (signature to identify). Shades dominated by blue, beautiful effect for a retro shabby decoration. The frame is ready to be hung, it has some scratches and friction but nothing very apparent, it dates from the 80s (unless I am mistaken), these traces of use are quite normal. Total dimension height 46.7 cm, width 37 cm. Paint dimension: 36 cm X 27 cm. Frame width: 4.5 cm. Frame depth: 3 cm.
