Danish vintage teak home office shelving unit, 1960s

A minimalist home office shelving unit inspired by the iconic modular designs of Poul Cadovius from the 1960s. With its compact size and wall-mounted design, it takes up minimal space while offering practical storage solutions. The compact desk or a console makes the set ideal as a cozy working place for a home office or storing essentials in an entryway. Solid brass handles add both stylish look and longevity. Similar handles have been often seen in Cadovius early designs from the 1940s and 1950s. The wall unit is designed as a modular shelving system, allowing free arrangement. The assembly system is simple and intuitive, with components mounted on solid wood rails using brass hangers and metal pins. The set includes: Console: H: 12 / W: 80 / D: 45 cm (internal height of drawer: 8 cm) 4 shelves: W: 80 / D: 20 cm. 2 solid wood montage rails, each 200 cm long. Brass hangers and pins. The wall unit has been fully renovated and is in excellent vintage condition. We leave minor, natural signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality. We bring it back to its best look, considering it is 60 years old. The drawers are clean and work smoothly. All parts have been treated with professional compounds.
