Brass wall supports for bathroom shelf, circa 1950.

Pair of wall brackets in solid brass, featuring stylised fish. Decorative work of beautiful quality, with a slender line typical of the late Art Deco style of the 1950s. These items come from the apartment of a Parisian architect and were most likely part of a bathroom set (glass shelf now missing). Very good overall condition. Brass cleaned and desoxidised. Slight signs of age, with no structural alteration. Dimensions: 2 X 9 X 12 cm / Glass plate incision: 11.5 X 0.6 X 1.8 cm. Careful packaging.
