Charming butter dish in the shape of a scallop shell, made of silver-plated metal with a removable glass bowl (handcrafted, with trapped bubbles). Made in England. Vintage period from the 60s/70s. It can be repurposed from its original use, on the table for parmesan or caviar. In beautiful vintage condition, shiny metal; I note some scratches, see the photos that complement the description. 12 cm wide.
