Danish vintage leather 2-seater sofa by svend skipper, 1970s

A unique 2-seater sofa designed by Danish designer Svend Skipper. A beautiful example of 1970s design in light brown leather. The sofa features unique accents such as the armrests secured with straps and the tufted panels on the sides. The sofa has loose cushions and stands on two chrome-plated trumpet feet at the front and two chrome-plated casters at the back. Condition: fair to good vintage condition. The leather is still supple, but has signs of wear on the cushions, armrests, and frame. This gives the sofa a lovely, lived-in character. The leather is a little less supple on the front of the seat cushions. There is a small repair to the leather on the top edge. The cushions are still nice and firm, providing excellent seating comfort. Dimensions: width 178 cm, depth 82 cm, height 69 cm, seat height 38 cm.
