Monumental Laurel Fyfe Black Glass Sculptural Coffee Table American Handkerchief

A monumental and rare black glass coffee table with handkerchief shape base and irregular glass top. Imported from USA to London for an estate in Hyde Park. This piece was produced prior to 1992 when laurel owned lumen essence, inc (l.e.i.) and she used very little black glass. At the time, she went by the name Laurel Clark. Signed l.e.i #13 on the base and authenticated by the late designer's employees at fox fire glass llc. Creator: Laurel Fyfe. Place of origin: USA. Date of manufacture: c. 1990's. Period: 1990-1999. Materials & techniques: glass. Condition: very good original condition. Wear: wear consistent with age and use. Three small chips on the glass top. Height: 41cm|16.1in. Width: 166cm|65.4in.
