Bauhaus desk lamp, Hala, 1930

Rare model of modernist lamp from the 1930s by the german firm hala, drgm. The arm rotates from right to left, goes up and down and hangs thanks to the rotating fluted handle that acts as a clamp. The lampshade also rotates thanks to an ingenious and robust recognisable kneecap from the firm hala. Black laqué metal structure, nickel chrome arms, bevelled black laqué aluminum blind. Good condition, some slight defects inconsequential, very well preserved, this lamp is almost 100 years old. Certified original edition. We have specialized for 30 years in the lamps of the bauhaus, in addition we organized an exhibition for the 100th anniversary of the bauhaus on the lamps of the bauhaus and published a catalogue for this occasion.
