Earthenware pedestal plate CREIL & MONTEREAU 19th blue decor "JAPAN"

Very beautiful plate mounted on a pedestal stamped creil & montereau, late 19th c., around 1880. Signed below. Bluish gray earthenware with midnight blue decor called “japan”. Ideal for biscuits, toasts or sweets or even in a fruit bowl. Beautiful state of conservation. Note, however, some discreet traces of wear and use: fine minor scratches, small tiny stains and bubbles, mini chips and chips on the edges without impact. Original deformation at the circle level.
