Villeroy and Boch Izmir model large cup breakfast set

Beautiful breakfast set by Villeroy & Boch, iconic Izmir model published in 1973. This earthenware set is decorated with oriental-inspired floral patterns in vibrant shades of blue, turquoise, yellow and red, typical of 70s design. The set consists of: • 6 large cups and their saucers - h7.5X11.5X14.5 cm - plates diameter 19 cm • 2 large oval trays that can be used as serving dishes -21.5 X48 CM • 1 matching butter dish with lid 6H6x14X6 cm Condition: Excellent. Very little used, close to new. Only the butter dish shows some signs of use inside. Bright colors, no chips or cracks. Ideal for a vintage table, a Mediterranean decor or a collection of 70s tableware. A decorative and functional piece at the same time, between nostalgia and elegance.
