Armchair or bridge chair from the modernist era designed by Eldef Bandixen for the German publisher Kusch & Co (circa 1980). It features an elegant geometric structure made of chrome-plated steel tubes, a suspended seat, a curved enveloping backrest, and wooden armrests. Its clean aesthetic, typical of late 20th-century design, allows it to fit into a contemporary interior, an architect's living room, an office, or a minimalist loft. A character piece with a strong visual presence, ideal as an office chair, reading chair, or at the end of a table. Condition: Good overall condition. The metal structure has been cleaned and polished. The original strap system under the seat is perfectly taut and sound, ensuring excellent seating. Please note: like all vintage items, discreet signs of wear consistent with its age are present. Two small discreet snags are noted on the upper edge of the backrest and on the lower edge of the seat, with no impact on the overall aesthetics of the piece or its sturdiness, and one of the armrests has a slight缺失 (see photos). Dimensions: Total height — 76 cm. Width — 55.5 cm. Depth — 45 cm. Seat height — 45 cm.
