German vintage ceiling lamp Space Age by Motoko Ishii for Staff, 1970s, set of 2

Impressive wall or ceiling light from the space age by Staff, designed by Japanese creator Motoko Ishii. This design is appealing due to its reflective surface. A simple cylinder forms the base of the lamp. At the upper end of the cylinder, there is a small E14 version onto which a head - a mirrored glass ball - is screwed. A special feature is the screwable glass ball, which protects the lamp and optically enlarges it. The small E14 lamp takes on the appearance of a globe lamp. The transparent volume gives the entire design a certain lightness.
