Large bench in solid walnut

Design derived from the style of Sam Maloof (American, 1916 - 2009). Both highly functional and of uncommon elegance. It will enhance long grand entrances, large wide corridors, or why not, spacious living rooms. The backrest is inclined at 12 degrees and designed so that once seated, the arm can naturally rest on the longitudinal cap. The spindles offer slight flexibility, capable of withstanding significant pressure. Made by Ateliers Vau Fontaine in France, featuring traditional joinery, turned and through legs, locked with an ebony wedge. All designed and crafted to last through the centuries.
