'Ninotchka' pendant design for Lyfa Denmark

Extremely rare original copy by bent karlby. Model 'ninotchka' pendant of red lacquered aluminum with curved top and bottom, mounted with brass ring. Made by danish lamp manufactura lyfa in the 1950s. The lamp is named after the ninotchka hat worn by greta garbo in the 1939 film of the same name. Literature: 'the architect and designer bent karlby', vibeke andersson møller, pictured on page 87 and on the front of the book. These lamps often sold for several thousand euros/dollars. Good condition with only small sign of use, no beding or deep scratches. This is the original model from the early 50s, not the newer production!
