Maison Lecan presents this solid pine farmhouse table from the 1950s, a piece with a strong character distinguished by its four tapered oak legs — a typical detail of French country furniture from the mid-20th century, balancing rustic functionality with modern simplicity. The mortise and tenon construction reflects a particular care in assembly, without visible screws or hardware, in the great tradition of rural carpentry. The solid pine tabletop, with wide planks worn by decades of use, reveals warm blonde tones of beautiful depth. Its surface has been fully restored and received a matte varnish finish in the Maison Lecan workshops, enhancing the material while respecting the authenticity of the piece. With its length of 198 cm and a generous height of 59 cm under the apron, this table comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 guests. It integrates gracefully into a characterful kitchen as well as into a contemporary interior seeking material and history.
