Kitchen shelf

Back from a flea market, I brought back... A shelf for the kitchen, an old washerwoman's carriage. It was used by the women in charge of the laundry, the washerwomen, to hold themselves on their knees during the last phases of this long chore. Its use in rural areas continued until the eve of the second world war. Today, it will serve as a shelf for kitchen accessories, recipe books... In good condition, in its original condition.
