Scandinavian desk with extendable system in teak, 1960.

Vintage Swedish teak desk by skaraborgs mobilindustri tribo from the 1960s, designed with an ingenious system. The main top is sliding, allowing to enlarge the work surface. When the top is opened, it reveals hidden storage compartments for efficient and elegant organization. The desk has two drawers on the front, providing additional space to store documents or objects. The finish, typical of the period, in solid wood and veneer, highlighting clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic, characteristics of Scandinavian design. Two wall hooks on the back of the desk for a version without legs. Despite a small defect on the top (see photos) and some normal signs of wear for its age, the desk remains in very good general condition. It has been completely cleaned, the advance of the top works perfectly. Signature on the drawer: skaraborgs tribo sweden. No key for the drawers.
