Vintage teapot in the shape of an English dresser with a cat – Swineside C

Collection teapot made of hand-painted ceramic, shaped like an English kitchen dresser. The details are very fine: blue and red plates on three shelves, a floral jug, a relief bouquet, drawers with golden handles, and a tea towel hanging from the door. A small black and white cat, sitting on the lid, serves as a handle. This humorous piece is signed Swineside Ceramics (relief mark under the base), with the label "Made in Britain" and the label of the Bernard Carant house, Paris. It will find its place in a cottage-style kitchen or living room, antique or chic country style, and will make a lovely gift for enthusiasts of decorative teapots.
