Farmhouse table made of solid oak, France, 1960s–1970s. Sturdy construction: four square-section legs, straight, a thick top with a regular grain and a light golden hue. Nothing superfluous. The original satin varnish is preserved, uniform, with the natural patina that the oak has developed over several decades. A discreet drawer on one of the sides completes the ensemble. The table is heavy and solid, the oak is thick, and the assembly is secure. 209 cm in length, height under the apron 62 cm. A table for eight settings, straightforward and durable.
