Mid-Century Scandinavian Glass & Brass Wall Lamp by Carl Fagerlund, 1960s

Stunning brass & crystal glass wall light designed by Carl Fagerlund for Swedish glasswork Orrefors in the 1960s. Rare "Venus" model. Thick mold-blown transparent crystal glass shade curved to a half circle form with an embossed pattern of bubbles. The shade is fixed with 2 brass knobs to a thin polished brass wall mounting. The wall light illuminates beautifully (see pictures). Great design & high quality. Labelled. Cleaned, rewired (hardwired) and ready to use (compatible in all countries, Europe, US, UK, etc.). Requires 1x standard E14 light bulb, max 25W. LED compatible. Height: 25.5 cm; width: 15 cm; depth (from wall): 12 cm. Quite heavy (c. 2.7 kg). Excellent vintage condition. No chips, no cracks. Patina on the brass parts.
