19th century painting (before the impressionist period), oil on canvas (restoration) which presents a beautiful landscape with a washerwoman by the lake. Painted in the years 1840-1850, signed lower left "c. Lenglet" for charles a. Lenglet (1791-1855) the sculptor (so the sculptures are in various museums in france) and painter of landscapes.
