Rolling dessert cart Vet For with three shelves, Italy, circa 1980.

Vintage rolling cart Vet For with three smoked glass and black metal shelves, brass finishes, 1980s. This elegant cart stands out with its three rectangular dark tinted smoked glass shelves arranged on three levels, paired with a black lacquered tubular metal structure. Its base consists of cylindrical posts connected by horizontal crossbars, with metal junction pieces in gold and champagne finishes. The craftsmanship of the joints is one of the most remarkable details of this piece. The geometric and sculptural metal connectors highlight a design that is both functional and decorative. The metal tips and rings that adorn the legs extend this play of materials and contrasts. Resting on four discreetly integrated wheels, this cart offers three practical storage surfaces while maintaining a light and elegant silhouette. The combination of smoked glass, shiny black metal, and golden metallic details gives it a sophisticated presence, in a modernist and Hollywood Regency spirit.
